Placing Your Order - Conditions

Some points to bear in mind

1. Prices shown are in Euro and do not include cost of delivery charges.

2. Delivery costs are quoted on request. If you are based in Berlin or intend visiting materials can be held/collected in person on receipt of payment.

3. When requesting a painting please remember to provide an address to which materials are to be delivered so that the costs can be calculated.

4. Shipping charges will be calculated as promptly as possible and notified to you. All paintings will be professionally wrapped to ensure safe delivery.

5. Painting will be sent by registered post to ensure safe delivery and confirmation of receipt.

6. All correspondence will be undertaken via email - so make sure to include this with your initial enquiry.

7. Payment should be made via Euro bank draft drawn on a German bank. For European resident and where applicable money can be paid directly via a Postbank transfer.

8. Goods will be dispatched immediately on receipt of payment, and you will be notified by email of the dispatch date.

9. You are responsible for any taxes, charges or import duties that might apply in your country of residence.

Dispatch of painting on linen paper in 45cm long strong cardboard tube with sealed ends, with insurance and for frame mounted canvases no larger than 120 x 60 cm:

Within Germany: Euro 10

Within EU and Europe: Surface - Euro 20

USA & Canada: Surface - Euro 35

Other parts of the World: Surface - Euro 40

Postal rates for framed canvases outside of the size range given above are provided on request only.
